Sending Faxes from Email and Mobile Devices
Sending faxes from Outlook, Lotus Notes, Entourage, Thunderbird, IMail, or any email client is easy with GoldFax. Just email a message to GoldFax with the fax number in the email address. Nothing has to be installed on a user's PC, email enabled mobile device, or email server.
GoldFax is smart. It will take the Subject, Message, and To: from the email and put them on the fax cover page. If you include attachments, GoldFax will automatically turn them into fax pages.
GoldFax has a special connector for Microsoft Exchange. From Microsoft Outlook you can select the Business Fax number from your Outlook Contacts or Global Address List.
The GoldFax server has a fax board or modem (for local phone lines or a telephone system connection) or Fax over IP software that communicates with your VoIP telephone system gateway.
NO MORE printing out documents, running to the fax machine, waiting for your turn, waiting until the fax goes through, worrying about privacy, filing faxes, and searching for sent or received faxes.
